FAQ

Q: How do I create an account?

  1. Go to schoolriseusa.com and click on client login at the very bottom of the page.
  2. Click Need an account? Register here near the top left corner.
  3. On the next page, enter your desired username (this is not case sensitive) and your preferred email address.
  4. Choose your Group from the dropdown, enter your PIN*, and click register.
  5. An email will be sent to you containing your password. Please save both your username and password in a secure location for future reference.

*PINs are granted to group members by your schoolRISE Lead Consultant.


 Q: I registered, but I did not get an email with my password. Where is it?

It’s common for emails like this to go into your spam folder (especially for Gmail users), so please check there first! If you have verified the email is not in your spam folder, contact kate.weber@schoolriseusa.com and she will help you obtain a new password.


 Q: How do I add, edit, and organize files for my group?

Once you are logged into your account, navigate to the page that has been set up to hold your files. Files are organized by “groups”. Groups are made up of a “Group Title” (the label for the group), “Group Instructions” (some details about that group of files), and the individual files themselves. Each individual file has fields for “File Name”, the “File” (an uploader to add a new file), or alternatively a “File/Form URL.” (Use the “File/Form URL” field when you wish to link to something offsite.) Add New File Groups:

  1. Click “Edit Files” in the upper right corner of the main content area (the larger white box).
  2. Add a new “Group” by clicking “Add Group” at the bottom of the file form.
  3. Enter the group title and instructions.
  4. Click the “Add File” button at the bottom of the group.
  5. Enter the file name and upload or link to your desired file.
  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for as many files as you would like to add.
  7. Click “Update” at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

Add Files to Existing Groups:

  1. Click “Edit Files” in the upper right corner of the main content area (the larger white box).
  2. Click the “Add File” button at the bottom of the group.
  3. Enter the file name and upload or link to your desired file.
  4. Click “Update” at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

Reordering Files:

  1. Click “Edit Files” in the upper right corner of the main content area (the larger white box).
  2. Scroll to the file you want to move.
  3. Hover over the number in the first column of the file’s form box, your cursor will turn into a four-way arrow.
  4. Click and hold down while your mouse is in the four-way arrow state, and drag the file to the desired location in the list.
  5. Release the mouse when you get the file in the correct spot.
  6. Click “Update” at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

Removing Files from Existing Groups:

  1. Click “Edit Files” in the upper right corner of the main content area (the larger white box).
  2. Scroll to the file you want to remove.
  3. Hover your mouse over the file’s form box, you will see a “minus” button appear on the right side.
  4. Click the minus button to remove the file and its information from the list.
  5. Click “Update” at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

Remove Whole File Groups: Warning: This will remove the entire group, and all files associated with that group.

  1. Click “Edit Files” in the upper right corner of the main content area (the larger white box).
  2. Hover your mouse over the group’s form box, you will see a “minus” button appear on the far right side (this button is located in the vertical center of the group list, so you may need to scroll down if you have a lot of files in the group).
  3. Click the minus button to remove the file and its information from the list.
  4. Click “Update” at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
